I am sorry for the delay in getting this posted … we have been busy with the printing process for Volume5 Number4
I hope to have that finished and in the mail within the next day or two. Anyway, today we are hosting another giveaway with Natural Linens …
My name is Carmen Bruno and I’ve been married to my wonderful husband John for 18 years. We are a Canadian family currently living in Arizona. A big change in weather from Canada! We have been homeschooling our children throughout their entire lives. I feel blessed as a mama to have been given this privilege. It has truly been a wonderful journey. We are coming to a close within the next few years of homeschooling our children and thus my day to day homeschooling responsibilities have been transitioning as the children are maturing and growing up. I enjoy very much sharing in morning Bible studies and our reading times. We are a Torah observant family that has been striving to continually learn to obey and please our heavenly Father in all of the scriptures in the bible. Our walk does look so much different than it did just five years ago. Our love for Elohim grows daily and so does our faith. I love being able to spend time outdoors with my family.
John serves as a business adviser and idea evaluator. Many of our product lines have received his thoughtful and careful analysis prior to being listed in the shop. You can sometimes find him at the cutting table with a roll of birds-eye or muslin fabric beside him. John also enjoys playing the guitar, savoring nature, and spending time with family.
Carmen, the maman (french for mom), learned to sew as a young girl and has always enjoyed it. Now her many years of experience are being culminated in her role as the seamstress of Natural Linens. Although sewing is one of Carmen’s favorite creative outlets, she also enjoys knitting, reading, and spending time with family in the great outdoors.
Zachary serves as the graphic design/tech guy for Natural Linens. He helps out with logos, marketing, and other website or visual-related aspects of Natural Linens. Zachary also enjoys bow-making, knife-making, and other survival and outdoors-related arts.
Leah helps in all areas, including shipping and cutting, and she also serves as editor/writer for Natural Linens. When not helping out with the business, Leah enjoys studying music, practicing the piano and violin, and listening to classical music.
It’s pretty easy to remember the early days of Natural Linens, which started a little over a year ago. Our first sale was a set of linen table napkins. Since then, we’ve completely broadened our selection to include both the beautiful and the practical (of course, all our items are both, but some lean more towards one or the other
).
Natural Linens is definitely growing. Perhaps one day our green cutting mat will disappear altogether. But we’d like to get one thing straight. Our dedication to providing you with natural, high quality and reusable products will never disappear.
You see, we believe in products like these and make it our mission to spread the word about reusability. Not only do we know that it is a method by which many households cut costs, we also know that the tremendous responsibility of caring for our Father’s creation should be taken very seriously. And however large we become, we don’t ever plan on forgetting that.
Please take a look around and see — our hominess is still quite evident throughout. Along with our commitments to our Heavenly Father and to our customers, we hope the living-room atmosphere lives as long as our shop!
We also have an online store outside of Etsy, so if someone doesn’t have an Etsy account and/or prefers to shop in our online store, please visit www.naturallinensboutique.com or contact contact Carmen at: carmen@naturallinensboutique.com.
Natural Linens is giving away a set of 8 100% Linen Napkins, The are sized approximately 14″ x 14″ with serged orange edges. This will make a great addition to anyone’s dining room set, or even a store-away hope chest item!

I am entering for my 8-year-old daughter, Sophia. Todah! (Thanks!)
Their work is fabulous, but more striking, here is my testimony.
Before I had told you that I cried out to Yahuah for good role models for my daughter. He then showed me your site. Well, this is how it happened. The set-apart spirit nudged me to type in the word “linen” and from that I found your precious Shining Stars Magazine site.
You see, to the Father, linen symbolizes purity. “And to her it was given to be dressed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the fine linen is the righteousnesses of the set-apart ones (Revelation/Hazon 19:8).”
